Your package includes two hours on the Farm (Additional hours can be added at $100 an hour) AND one free activity.

Choose the package that best aligns with your unique event requirements. Our packages cater to a diverse range of guests, including adults and children. We even offer complimentary entry for infants in strollers or being carried.

Package 1 - up to 25 Guests - $600
Package 2 - up to 35 Guests - $800
Package 3 - up to 50 Guests - $1000
Package 4 - up to 75 Guests - $1300
Package 5 - up to 100 Guests - $1600

Your rental includes the following:
Banquet Tables and dining tables and chairs
Easy-ups for shade or rain
Power
Handwash stations
Restroom facilities/changing table
NOTE: All rentals include complimentary soft drinks, juice boxes, water, coffee, and tea.
Standard activities are:
Petting farm (Goats, chickens, rabbits, and one duck)
Ladybug Barrel train (weather permitting)
Forrest trail (Weather permitting)
Sensory activities & free play
Giant yard games
You get one activity FREE
Extra items available (Additional Costs will be applied)
Fire pit only - $30 (Full set up w/wood)
S'mores - $5 per participant (Includes fire pit)
DJ/Music - $100
Planting class - $5 per participant (Go home with your own plants)
Zucchini Races - $5 per participant
Gem Mining - $8 per participant
Pinata ( Farm themed and filled with candy ) - $75
Farm theme partyware plates, napkins, utensils, cups, set up/clean up) -$2.00 per person
Note: The $200 rental deposit fee will hold your reservation. This is a non-refundable charge.
Cancellation Policy
By securing the date with a deposit we block that time out so nobody else can reserve it. Your deposit (usually $200) is to secure the date and is nonrefundable.
Cancelation - In the unlikely event, that Vaughn’s Farm needs to cancel your event we will refund all funds in full (Including deposits).
The customer may cancel the event up to five days before the event date. If you do so Vaughn’s Farm will issue a refund of any payments above the nonrefundable deposits. On day four the customer will half of any funds paid (not including the nonrefundable deposit). If a customer cancels within 24 hours of the event they forfeit all funds received.
